Yeah, this is the ref to the nameless FC back in C.H.A.O.T.I.X. Chp. 4 who finally has a name! And I know this is in the wrong place. Stupid new Submit won't even let me put it where it should actually go.

Back Story:
Blizzard is an only child. His parents died roughly around the age of 6, leaving Blizzard in a foster home. He was expelled shortly afteward at the age of 10 due to him freezing something (what it was has never been told.). Since then, Blizzard has been on odds and ends to survive, until he met Alice. She took him in at probably age 12 (Alice was 15 then.). Blizzard then left Alice at the age of 14 and has been living in a house of his own somewhere in the middle of Station Square. Now, he just does whatever he feels like doing.
